The Cooksville Hockey Association are holding their 2008/2009 House League tryouts in September (after the Labor Day long weekend). Please register early prior to tryouts to not only save time during the tryouts but to take advantage of the Cooksville Hockey Association registration discounts.

2008/2009 OPEN Registration
The Cooksville Hockey Association will be conducting it's Open Registration on the following days.
Saturday August 16, 2008 - 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Wednesday August 27, 2008 - 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Tuesday September 2, 2008 - 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Registration will be taking place at 2 locations for your convenience.
- Mississauga Valley Community Centre, 1275 Mississauga Valley Blvd., Mississauga
- Frank McKechnie Community Centre, 310 Bristol Road E., Mississauga
For new players to the Mississauga Hockey League, please bring a copy of your birth certificate.

Cooksville's Annual Valentine's Day Dinner/Dance
The Cooksville Hockey Association is again proud to present it's annual Valentine's Day Dinner/Dance. It's a great evening of fun, dance and a great meal. There will also be a Silent Auction that has become a favourite amongest the guests.

St. Mike's Majors - Cooksville Night
The Cooksville Hockey Association is again proud to join forces with the St. Mike Majors in the Cooksville Hockey Association Night event scheduled in early November . The opponents this year is the Windsor Spitfires.

Children's Fitness Tax Receipts
January 17, 2007
The Government of Canada proposes to allow, starting in 2007, a non-refundable tax credit on eligible amount of up to $500 paid by parents to register a child in an eligible program of physical activity. Registration in the MHL qualifies within the parameters set out in this program. Tax credits will be provided for registrations of the 2007-08 season. Tax credits for any monies paid for registrations in 2006 do not qualify for this credit under the regulations of this program.
The MHL will provide receipts through the MSM system by February 2008. Members will simply need to print their receipts off through the system. Further direction will be provided next season.
